  No complaints; there was no wait time. Had a variety of vegan cheeses that I've never seen in Ottawa. The staff was friendly, helpful and we're able to quickly give info on the ingredients and taste of the vegan patties. The wall dispensers that let you fill up a jar of toothpaste/ shampoo/ deodorant look really convenient. I'll be sure to try them out once I run out of shampoo.

  Bring your own jars or containers, tare them, then fill with grains, spices, tea, candy, dried fruits, tofu, cheese, oil, vinegar, nut butter, shampoo, conditioner, deodrant, laundry detergent, house cleaners, etc. Or put a deposit on a jar there and borrow it.

  You can bring your own containers or use paper bags. Some produce, lots of dry grains, nuts, cereals. Even oil, vinegar, soaps and other liquids. Butter and vegan butter available in mason jars. Other deli things like tofu available too. Selection of zero waste products. Nice and friendly staff. Very cool.

  They also have fresh milk, cheese, eggs, tofu, fruits, and vegetables, as well as durable goods (from stainless steel lunch containers and insulated tea / coffee travel mugs to reusable handkerchiefs and menstrual products).

  I love the concept. I love the products. Staff are friendly. However, I shop here 2 times per week and I am consistently waiting to be served at the check out, or there is a problem with the register or am bring ignored by staff while waiting to pay.

  I was visiting Ottawa with my parents and decided to visit because we were in the neighborhood. The store is super clean and staff is very friendly. They really go out of their way to give the best customer service. Sia is absolutely amazing. I wish they open a store in Toronto soon. This place is paradise for fellow zero-wasters. Cant wait to come back to Ottawa. Keep up the fantastic work!
