  Excellent! Highly recommended. We had booked other movers weeks in advance. The movers we originally booked did not show up at the scheduled time and would not give us a time. We called Pronto at 1:00 in the afternoon and they had movers to our house by 4:30 the same day. The movers - who had worked all day already, moved our entire house until the job was done. The movers themselves were personable and a pleasure to work with. Pronto did not charge a premium for same day booking and moving. The rates are stated clearly on their website and there are not surprises. I highly recommend Pronto movers and will use them again next time.

  We were given their contact by a store. We contacted them. They sounded very professional. Quite expensive which we hoped would reflect in quality. They came in to pick up items to take to a consignment store for us. When the items reached the consignment store we received a call and were advised that all theee very expensive chandeliers we sent were all broken. I'd like to mention here that we packaged them so well, it would take very harsh banging and dropping boxes to break them. Those were very expensive antique chandeliers. I cannot express my disappointment. The company's neglectful treatment of our items cost us tens of thousands of dollars.

  We recently moved from Toronto and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pronto Movers. Mark was incredibly accomodating given our delay driving from such a far distance and Mo and Curtis did an amazing job getting all of our stuff upstairs to a condo unit with elevator challenges. They were incredibly friendly and even left us with pizza recommendations as we were new to the area. Thank you so much Pronto Movers!!! You guys rock and have our recommendation all the way!!
