    Customer service representatives are very cooperative and friendly and helpful.

    Updates: After almost 8 months since my registration for waiting list, I've moved up by just 1 place while I know at least 3 employees who cancelled their parking permit. Still waiting for that magical email in my inbox when I'll win the jackpot of securing the parking place.

    Please note, their main office is in West Zone means they follow PST time zone.

    Narrow entrances but the security officers were friendly.

    Waiting for my turn for many weeks now. Lots of daily parking spots always vacant. According to Impark, monthly spots are full, but I can still many vacant spots for monthly users. Don't know how the parking spot assignment system works.
