  In this neck of the woods, you're either a Swiss Chalet or a St. Hubert's person. I am in a Swiss Chalet gang. So when I go to one i expect a specific experience, decor, service and food. This location fits the bill perfectly. It tends to be fast and efficient although for some reason when I order online and pickup from there, there always seems to be something not right with the order, so he k your bag if you do. I happened to meet one of the owners one time and he seemed very nice and appreciative of the business.

  I had the ribs and chicken with baked potato. The ribs were the driest ribs that I could have ever eaten in my entire life, with no flavor or sauce on top to ad any moisture at all. The chicken was delicious and I would order that again. The baked potato was somehow not done well either as I could barely eat it, today I learned you can in fact ruin a potato. The coleslaw was really good. If I were to come back for any reason I would only order the chicken and coleslaw.

  Went here and ordered a big CHICKEN DINNER!! Tasted like milk, honey and froth sinking down my throat!! Best part was at the end when someone payed for my meal to do the whole good deed thing!! I felt kinda bad though because let’s just say when you order over $200 worth of chicken dinner and someone pays for it without knowing how much it was gonna be, they aren’t very happy afterwards!!

  My wife and my two kids and I we went there last night for dinner. My wife and I had FEST HOST chicken and kids with kids menu. First of all the waiters very rude and kind of weird. then she charged extra from what price shown on the menu and I asked her why she give unreasonable reason and I didn't accept. The most disgusting part is all of all got food poisoning and my wife started from mid night and my kids and I early morning we vomited what we ate. I wanna ask what action we can take against this place.

  I really wanted to like this place. The first Swiss Chalet I've ever been to and I loved the menu. It just wasn't executed well enough for me to come back, at least to this one in particular. I debated between 3 or 2 stars, but I didn't hate it so I scored it a 3.
