  Best place to get your dog/cat needs. Been a faithful client since they opened up and NEVER had a problem. Staff is happy, something I don’t see too often in these type of retail. They have an immense will to serve you. They have my business for ever.

  I've been a loyal customer for about a year, but that ends today. Upon attending the anniversary event, we tried on different sizes of a $50 "onesie" for our French Bulldog. The salesperson assured us it could be returned if sizing wasn't right. Today we went to exchange it for a smaller size and they refused, saying it was no longer on the hanger that THEIR salesperson said we didn't need. You would think this place would treat their loyal customers with more respect considering a much larger Pet Valu is opening just a few steps away. People had warned us about Global Pet Foods, and now we know why.

  The staff members at Global Pets Hintonburg are amazing. My fur babies and I love going to the store because we all get treated with friendliness. I shop only at this location as it is locally owned and well operated. Thank you for taking care of my fur family Global Pets Hintonburg!!

  The staff is super knowledgeable and eager to help. I rely on their recommendations whenever I’m picking out presents for friends with new “fur-babies” and am often told my gift ends up being their favourite toy or treat.
